Bibbentuckers provides premium dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and related garment care services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking all garments for personal items prior to drop-off. Bibbentuckers is not liable for items left in pockets or attached to clothing.
• Notifying staff of any stains, fabric concerns, or special instructions at the time of drop-off.
• Collecting finished orders within a reasonable timeframe. Unclaimed items may be donated after 90 days.

• While we use industry best practices, Bibbentuckers is not responsible for natural wear, aging, or weaknesses in fabric, trims, or accessories.
• In the rare event of damage or loss caused by our process, liability will not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charge of the item.

• Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added.
• Coupons, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

• Online ordering, scheduling, and account management tools are provided for customer convenience.
• Bibbentuckers is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, or third-party services used to support our website or mobile ordering.
