OUR RUG CLEANING PROCESS
We don’t clean rugs like we clean carpets—and that’s exactly the point. Our process is gentle, deliberate, and customized for each piece:
- Pickup & Inspection
We pick up your rug and bring it to our dedicated rug cleaning facility, where our specialists assess its material, dye stability, and construction. - Dust & Particle Removal
We carefully vacuum and dust the rug to remove embedded grit, allergens, and debris that damage fibers over time. - Hand Washing
Rugs are hand-washed based on their fiber type and fragility, using techniques safe for even the most delicate silks and antique weaves. We give special attention to edges and fringes. - Rinsing & Water Extraction
After washing, the rug is thoroughly rinsed to remove residue. Water is carefully extracted using proven, fiber-safe methods. - Brushing & Drying
Each rug is brushed to restore pile direction and allowed to dry naturally in a climate-controlled space. - Final Detailing
We re-vacuum, perform any necessary touch-ups, and offer custom rug padding upon request to protect your floors and prolong the rug’s life.
