PICKUP & DELIVERY
Is delivery safe and reliable?
Yes. We’ve been offering secure pickup and delivery service in Dallas-Fort Worth since 1996 and serve thousands of satisfied customers every week.
Where will my clothes be dropped off?
You choose the location. Your Route Manager can install a hook where you’d like your cleaned garments delivered—some customers even provide a garage code for added convenience.
Will I get reminders for pickup?
Yes. You’ll receive a text at 7:30 p.m. the night before your scheduled service. Just reply “Yes” before 8 a.m. the next day if you need a pickup.
What if I’m going out of town?
You can pause service by logging into your account by contacting us directly or via our app. You can also call us at 214-267-1700 with the dates you’d like to suspend service.
Need supplies or have a special request?
Call us at 214-267-1700. We can bring you a new shoe bag, stain stickers, or even schedule a rug pickup.
Can I recycle hangers and plastic with my delivery?
Absolutely. Place used plastic and your full hanger caddy in your blue delivery bag for pickup.
Do you offer referral rewards?
Yes! You’ll get a $100 account credit for every friend or neighbor you refer who signs up and places an order.
Can I request custom delivery preferences?
Yes. Let us know your preferences (like folded shirts for travel) by calling 214-267-1700, or update them in your online account.
What if I have a special request or repair?
Leave a note with the item or speak with your Route Manager. We inspect all garments at intake and will contact you if we have questions.
Why do you need my cell and email?
So we can send reminders and notify you of any updates to your service.
Is there a delivery minimum?
Nope. No minimum required.
What if my delivery day falls on a holiday?
We’ll send a revised schedule via text so you know what to expect.
What time does my driver arrive?
Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting.
DRY CLEANING & GARMENT CARE
Where is the cleaning actually done?
We clean garments in four of our six store locations. The other two send items to a nearby Bibbentuckers facility—never outsourced, always under our supervision.
What kind of cleaning chemicals do you use?
We use fresh, environmentally conscious cleaning agents with every load—never recycled solvent.
How are garments pressed?
We use hand-finishing techniques for delicate garments and whenever extra care is needed. Machine steamers are used only when appropriate.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
We take full responsibility for items damaged or lost in our care. Our customer service team is here to make things right.
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Pricing varies by garment. We’re happy to quote you at drop-off, or you can request a price list by calling 214-267-1700.

Are your cleaners certified?
Yes. Every Bibbentuckers location has certified garment care professionals, and we’re affiliated with the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute.

Absolutely. Our team is trained to inspect, identify, and properly care for delicate fabrics, designer garments, and specialty pieces.
